Where is the app window?
NetSpeed Mini is a menu bar app, so it does not show a regular window or Dock icon. Look for the two-line download and upload indicator on the right side of the macOS menu bar.
How do I open the popover?
Click the speed indicator in the menu bar. The popover shows current download and upload rates, the launch-at-login option, and the quit button.
How does launch at login work?
Open the popover and select Launch at Login. macOS manages this setting, and you can review it in System Settings under General → Login Items & Extensions.
Why does the speed show zero?
Zero is normal when there is no active transfer. After launch, wake, or a network-interface change, the app briefly establishes a new measurement baseline. Start a download or open a webpage and check again after a few seconds.
How do I quit or uninstall it?
Click the menu bar indicator and choose Quit NetSpeed Mini. To uninstall, first turn off Launch at Login, quit the app, then move NetSpeed Mini from Applications to the Trash.
